
In Saint-Petersburg, Russia was presented a new tourist attraction - "The horrors of Saint-Petersburg". The presentation was held in the trade entertaining complex «Planet Neptune», where is also situated recently opened Oceanarium.
“The horrors of Saint-Petersburg” stands on the area of 1300 square metres and can take in 20 visitors every ten minutes. Walk along the dark halls of the labyrinth will take 45 minutes. Attraction consists of 12 rooms, fulfilled with Saint-Petersburg's legends and dark stories.
Visitors will see 8 little plays, based on the well-known topics, such as: the death of Princess Tarakanova and Paul I, burning of Grigory Rasputin. Tourists can meet revived Queen of Spades, Gogol's official, searching for his nose, and even the "conscience" of Raskolnikov.

"The horrors of Saint-Petersburg" is an interactive exhibition with a spirit of Saint-Petersburg's mythology, with a taste of the well-known and, at the same time, tragic episodes of literary and historical heritage of the city.
The script of the labyrinth is based on the changes of emotional states: viewers will feel themselves cheerful, crappy, sometimes feared, but always - intriguing. Visitors are involved in the action, becoming accomplices in the scenes.
The latest sound and lighting effects, holograms, moving wax figures, mobile platforms are used in the labyrinth to make your visit more interesting. In the dark cave you will meet either actors or robots made of naturally looking silicon.
